On 1 October, WayMark celebrated its first anniversary. a moment to look back at how far we have come and thank the people who made it possible.

Built together, from day one.

There is plenty to celebrate after our first year: 22 colleagues, four offices and a team that has rolled up its sleeves to build WayMark together. We have bought furniture, assembled desks, welcomed colleagues and made time to get to know each other across borders. Every step has helped turn a new business into a connected team.

Our first office opened in Aarhus on 1 October 2025. Oslo was established by New Year, followed by Izmir and Manila, extending WayMark’s presence from Scandinavia to Turkey and Asia.

Our philosophy is simple: people work with people. Trust, clear communication and taking responsibility shape how we work with each other, our customers and our suppliers.

Growing together.

We are working towards becoming a 100% employee-owned food trading company, where the people building the business can share in its future. As we grow, our focus remains on a connected team, responsible trade and lasting partnerships.
